Managed to etch the board almost flawlessly and decided that this board deserved the best suited components for the job to match it as close as possible to the original. Transfer Cut the copper board to size. Printed the design on photo paper with a laserjet printer. Ironed the designs onto the copper boards for about 4 minutes, iron on the highest setting. Cool thing, and even the fuzz without all the whistles and bells sounds quite nice. Nice challenge to fit this in a 1590B. Well, not a genuine 1590B, some no-name copy that I don't really like in hindsight. The sides are too slanting so the jacks are tilted when plugged in.
